Accreditation

Energy Performance Certificate’s can only be produced by qualified and accredited energy assessors.

The accreditation of the assessors ensures amongst other things that:

-Assessors are qualified and ‘fit and proper’ persons

-Assessors have suitable indemnity cover

-Assessors are consistent, accurate and quality assured

-A facilitated complaints resolution procedure is in place.

Enhance Energy assessors will accredited by one of the 5 approved government schemes and every report will be logged on the national ‘Landmark’ government database.
